The REVOLVE Philosophy

Personal training at Revolve means balancing the body and the brain. I use mindfulness meditation techniques to enhance physical awareness and promote overall body/mind health.

I know that every one of my clients is unique. Each individual has their own set of strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, and goals.

One person might be focused on regaining strength and mobility after injury or surgery. Someone else might be looking to build stamina to keep up with the kids or grandkids. Still others are looking to improve in their chosen sport, whether that’s running, hiking, soccer, football, hockey or baseball.

Whatever your specific goals, I work with you to custom-design a fitness and training program that fits your needs and lifestyle. And I do this with respect, patience, and compassion – for who you are and who you want to be.
